What's the largest ring I can attach?

No minimum size.
Maximum size: These Ring Holders can accommodate the majority of rings sizes but do have an upper limit which is indicated under the product details section on each product page.

How do Ring Holders prevent scratches on my ring?

We prioritise the safety of your ring above all.

Our Ring Holders are meticulously designed to prevent scratches to the rings. Models feature smooth, rounded edges without any abrasive corners, ensuring your ring remains pristine and well-protected.

What materials are the necklaces made from ?

Our products feature a thick 18k gold layer applied to a heat treated brass base.

We use an industry-leading plating process called Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD). PVD plating is extremely robust and highly resistant to substances such as chlorine, sweat, and skin creams. It is the best plating method currently available.

How safe are my rings on a Ring Holder?

Very safe indeed.

A ring can come off a necklace in two ways. The first is if a person removes it himself.

Second, a ring may come off if the chain breaks. Our chains are reinforced with exceptionally tough interwoven links. While chain breakage is theoretically possible, it's highly unlikely for all but the most extreme users. To date, we are unaware of any instances of our chains breaking.

Is there any warranty?

We provide a no-fuss 1-year warranty on the workmanship and materials, including the unlikely event of chain breakage.

Simply contact us with a photo of the issue and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
